Use of the demonstration

The demonstration contains fictional, nonclinical examples to show the product flow. It does not provide clinical, legal or professional advice, validate a practice’s policies or guarantee accreditation or compliance.

Do not place patient information, clinical records or confidential staff material in the demonstration or enquiry form. Original sample documents may be used to test the interface; they are not reviewed practice guidance.

Proposed pricing

Prices shown are proposals to test with practices. No payment is taken. Final scope, tax display, setup allowance, AI limits and renewal price will be confirmed in a paid offer.

Before private customer access

The private app has sign-in, practice separation, staff permissions, retained originals and controlled policy approvals. Before paid access, reviewed content, independent manager evaluation, recovery, provider checks, billing and cancellation must be completed. The legal operator, contact information and privacy responsibilities also need confirmation.

Cancellation and export

The proposed beta will provide access to account billing and a cancellation process. Export must include the selected approved wording and a version index plus permitted register and acknowledgement records. Retention after cancellation, deletion timing and backup handling will be stated before payment; this preview promises no indefinite storage.

Content responsibility

A practice manager remains responsible for reviewing imported wording, resolving local details, approving policy versions and choosing audiences. Customer documents will remain private and cannot become shared templates without separate authorisation.
