Content and updates

Approved by your practice.
Useful to your people.

The approved version is the source of staff guidance. A proposed update never silently replaces your local wording.

Start with the source.

Keep the original document, its extracted wording, stated dates and references. A suggested review date is labelled as a suggestion, not evidence that the document is current.

Make approval explicit.

Record the approved version, reviewer, approval date, next review date and permitted audience. Drafts and superseded versions do not supply current staff guidance.

Review proposed updates.

Compare the current wording, proposed changes and stable local sections. Resolve conflicts before adopting a new snapshot. Earlier staff acknowledgements remain in history.

Describe coverage honestly.

The demonstration has ten original, fictional, nonclinical documents. They have not been validated as a RACGP accreditation library and are not offered as complete coverage.

Before a paid beta

A reviewed starter library, not a coverage claim.

Starter documents need sources, applicable framework and edition, a reviewer, review dates and change notes. Accreditation transition guidance will be checked before publishing edition-alignment claims.

Private customer imports remain private to their practice. They will not become shared templates without separate authorisation.
